There are two options when joining the mailing list. The first is the Individual Messages option and is where you receive the messages from other list members one at a time (usually 20 to 30 messages a day). The second option is the Digest Form and is where you receive batches of messages combined into one e-mail (called a Digest) once or twice a day. (Please only sign up for one option!)
Option 1:
Subscribe to Individual Messages List
Enter E-mail address below to have individual messages
sent to you at the time they are submitted (about 20 to 30 messages a day).
Option 2:
Subscribe to Digest List
Enter E-mail address below to have messages combined
and sent to you as one e-mail message (Digest) once or twice a day.
Unsubscribe
Enter Your Address Below to Unsubscribe.
Note: The address entered must match exactly the address that was subscribed. If you don't know which option you are subscribed under please unsubscribe to both.
