Please use this form to register so that you may be part of swaps and challenges on FOCD.
You only need to register once. The only time you need to re-register is when any of your contact information changes.

This information will only be for the safe administration of swaps and challenges on FOCD. Swap and Challenge coordinators will only have access to your name so that they can verify that you are registered. If for some reason your partner and the swap or challenge coordinator loses contact with you the FOCD Swap and Challenge Coordinator or List Administrator may attempt to contact using the information below.

This information will not be used in any other way
and will be kept confidential at all times.

Your registration will remain valid as long as you are on the FOCD mailing list and all previous swaps have been successfully completed.

***  NOTE:  You must still signup directly with the person coordinating the swap or challenge. Be completing this form you are only registering with FOCD so you can enter any sway or challenge and not a specific one.  Thank you.
